We are very open to bringing giveaways, possibly including:

WHAT WE ASK FOR

Travel / Lodging

  • Single-occupancy room for each guest, near the event.

  • Hotel stay begins the day before the event and ends the day after.

  • Travel arrangements discussed based on distance.

Convention Needs

  • One shared Exhibit Hall table with table, chairs, pipe, drape, etc.

  • Official guest announcement for each guest.

  • Guest credentials for each guest plus two full-event passes for handlers.

Storytime Needs

  • Access to Audio and Video systems

  • Three microphones connected to audio system

  • Fifteen—minute private soundcheck

  • A secondary table / spot to sign and conduct Meet & Greets following Midnight Monster Madness Storytime featuring Mr. CreepyPasta
