James Sabata
James Sabata is a horror author, produced screenwriter, and editor whose stories have found their way to the page, the screen, and the stage. His debut feature film, FAT CAMP, is currently in development with a targeted 2028 release. He's also the former host of TheNecronomi.com, a weekly podcast exploring horror films as social commentary, and the author of several books.
Sabata has built and run programming at conventions for over 15 years, and he knows exactly how to turn a panel into the kind of chaos people are still laughing about on their drive home.
As part of Midnight Monster Madness, Sabata co-writes the series alongside Vincent V. Cava, with their stories brought to life on stage by MrCreepyPasta during live Storytime performances — followed by a joint signing and book sale. He's also available to book independently for author panels, horror discussion panels, and live readings.
